Think like a leader ~ Act like a leader ~ Associate with people who think and act like leaders
1. Read the Bible daily - Start your day with God... end your day with God and talk to him frequently in between.
2. Read, Read, Read - books that are edifying for your daily life. Books on leadership, encouragement, financial freedom, autobiographies and biographies about people who were leaders in tough times and came out the other side a better person. Don't fill your brain with mindless twaddle!
3. Listen to CD's that motivate you to be a leader, the more of the right stuff you put in your ears, the more it will flow out your mouth. Leaders don't waste time on "Farmville" or "XBox" they are putting their time to good use tilling the soil of their minds for the good seeds that will flourish. You have to put it in for it to be there when you need it! And boy, are we going to need it soon!!
4. Associate with others who are striving to be the best, to lead where others shy away, to stand up for what is right and not back down in adversity. Do the right thing when the wrong thing is the common consensus. When an opportunity presents itself, grab it by the hand and pull it in the right direction.
